We the remaining citizens of these United States of America demand that our elected representatives impeach and remove from office President Barrack Hussein Obama for his gross failure as Commander in Chief. While there are countless examples of his negligence, cowardice and incompetence, the fundamental core behind this insistence is his absolute failure to lead.
1) For his failure to respond when Russia invaded and annexed the formerly independant nations of the Ukraine and Belarus, and EU nations Lithuania and Latvia
Summary of events: In 2009 a Russian diplomat is killed in a car bomb outside of the Russian embassy in the Ukraine. Despite independent and US intelligence assertions that this was a staged killing by the Russian reformed KGB, Moscow uses the assination as a justification for an armed insurgence into the capitol. The United Nations responded with stern condemnations. President Obama supported the condemnations.
Four months later, after removing the political leaders of the Ukraine, Russian closes the nations stock markets only to reopen them four weeks later. When they are reopened the currency is the Russian ruble. President Obama issues a stern warning, but encourages US banks and markets to continue trade with the Ukraine to avoid harming the citizens.
In 2010, Russia uses the Ukraine as a central location to launch assaults on Belarus, Lithuania and Latvia. Western European nations assemble forces in preparation for an armed response. Israel commits military support. President Obama, speaking before the United Nations, demands a withdrawal from the four nations and insists that the Ukraine remain an indepenant nation. He also commits US$5b in aid to the nations for rebuilding and supplies.
As of 2011 Russian forces remain in all four regions. The US President has succeeded in halting all other nations from acting on any military response. Two international summits have been held. No actionable efforts have resulted. The aid has been increased to US$15b with almost half estimated to have been rerouted into Russia.
2) For supporting of Fairness Doctrine despite the use of it to limit free access to the airwaves, suppression of political dissention, and the incarceration of several television and radio personalities.
Summary of events: When the Democratic leadership began creating a federal panel to review content on radio talk shows, the White House provided suport through speeches and the allocation of additional funds
When this federal panel was expanded to include reviews of the internet and magazines, the White House responded by appointing a special prosecutor
When the panel sought support for criminal charges against high profile talk show hosts with a strong "conservative" opinion, the White House responded by publicly stating their support for the special prosecutor, restating their support of the Fairness Doctrine, and making public appearance to address growing public outcries against the actions
When it was demonstrated that representatives of CAIR had specifically petitioned members of the federal panel, and that those members had single-handedly introduced criminal charges against radio personality Michael Savage, the White House responded with speeches about the rights of Islamic-Americans to feel safe in their homes and cars as they consume free entertainment.
As of this writing Mr. Savage remains in a federal prison without having been charged with a crime.
3) Negligence, moral lapses and ethical failures when the Office of First Lady proposed legislation for the creation of a "Michelle and Barrack Obama Center for Excellence and Equality Studies" based in Chicago, IL.
Summary of events: When it was revealed by the Washington Times that contracts for the construction of the center were awarded to companies upon whose boards sat close freinds and family of the Obama's, and when Republican representatives demanded an independant councel be appointed to investigate the charges, President Obama refused.
When it was revealed that eighteen months prior to the selection of the location of the center, the property was purchased by a privately owned real estate investment firm, and that the owner of the firm also owned a consulting "think tank", and that this think tank had paid Michelle Obama over $2m in consulting and speaking fees ove the prior two years, the President supported the position of the Democratic leadership that there was no conflict of interest. The White House appointed an independant investigator, the selection was challenged in Congress, and the process remains held up in debate. In the meantime, construction has begun on the center.
4) Gross negligence and incompetence in mismanaging US energy policy and thereby severely undermining our national security.
Summary of events: When Hugo Chavez created a conglomerate of Latin American oil nations under the banner "LAPEC" or the Latin American Petroleum Exporting Nations, the President issued a request to the United Nations to demand the organization be disbanded.
When LAPEC held joint closed door meetings with members of OPEC in Saudi Arabia, President Obama responded with a speech in Switzerland condemning the meetings.
When LAPEC/OPEC exited the meetings and issued a new policy creating a population-based oil allocation structure which subsequently routed more than 50% of the world's oil to China and India and reducing the shipments to the United States by 35%, President Obama responded by committing $87b in aid to US citizens in the form of gas rebates. Under pressure the aid was expanded to cover non-citizens as well and the budget expanded to $114b.
The President has vetoed every proposal for nuclear energy.
